Why a co-op? Worker cooperatives have a 3-year survival rate of 87% compared to 48% for conventional businesses. With congressionally recognized, motivated, advisors with multi-generational business experience in the space, our goal is to support a workers cooperative based on diversity, inclusion, respect and excellence at all levels.
